1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and bk8sg ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided through the bk8sg website, you expressly agree to be bound by all provisions in these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using our platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2. Player Eligibility
bk8sg services are only available to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. bk8sg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
- Personal use: Registration and use of the platform is for personal purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
- Not prohibited: Online gambling activity is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
bk8sg reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any player who does not meet the eligibility criteria above without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at bk8sg. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate bonuses, or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, identification number (MyKad or passport), mobile phone number and email address. This information will be verified by the bk8sg team before any withdrawal is approved.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that your login details — in particular your password — are kept secure and not shared with any party. bk8sg will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at bk8sg are processed through supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless stated otherwise.
The following transaction conditions apply:
- Minimum deposit: RM30 for each supported payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal processing time: Between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method and time the request is submitted.
- All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, to prevent misuse of the payment system.
- bk8sg does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by third-party payment providers are outside our control.
bk8sg reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or when unusual activity is detected in an account.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus and promotion offers provided by bk8sg are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules set for each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.
For the bk8sg welcome bonus — which is a 120% first deposit bonus up to RM888 — the applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Total wagering required: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
- Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,488 → Total wagering required: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200
bk8sg reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse including bonus arbitrage, hedge betting using different accounts, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus.
6. Game Rules
All games available on the bk8sg platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, Sic Bo and arcade games — have their own specific rules. Players are encouraged to read the rules of each game before playing.
The following are strictly prohibited at bk8sg:
- Use of automated software, bots or any tool designed to automate gameplay or betting decisions.
- Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting any bugs, technical errors or vulnerabilities in the game system.
- Any form of money laundering through our platform.
In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, bk8sg reserves the right to cancel the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Decisions made by bk8sg management in such cases are final.
7. Security and Privacy
bk8sg uses SSL encryption to protect all players' personal data and financial transactions. Our platform operates in compliance with international online gambling industry security standards.
Personal information you provide to bk8sg will be used solely for account management, identity verification and transaction processing. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gambling
bk8sg is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

- Self-exclusion: Players can apply for permanent self-exclusion from the platform if needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

bk8sg makes no representations or warranties that:
- The platform will be available without interruption at all times.
- Any errors or bugs in the software will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
- The platform is free from viruses or other harmful components (although we make every effort to ensure this).
bk8sg's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
10. Account Termination
bk8sg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the player has:
- Violated any provision of these Terms.
- Provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Registered more than one account.
- Is under 21 years of age.
Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting bk8sg customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once the identity verification and final review process has been completed.
11. Amendment of Terms
bk8sg reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to players via email or a clear notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.
It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing jurisdiction held by bk8sg. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and bk8sg shall be referred to binding arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
